Cancellation Policy

Applies To: All individuals accessing health consultations via U-Health. 1. Nature of Service • U-Health provides online consultations with licensed healthcare professionals. • The platform is not intended for emergency care. In case of a medical emergency, users must contact a physical healthcare facility immediately. 2. Eligibility • Users must be 18+ or have a consenting adult participate in the consultation. • Users must provide accurate and honest information during consultations. 3. Use of Advice • Advice received is based on information you provide. • Users are advised to follow-up at physical facilities if symptoms worsen or persist. • U-Health is not liable for adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided by users. 4. Privacy & Confidentiality • All consultations are confidential and protected. • U-Health complies with data protection laws and will never sell or misuse your information. • Users should avoid sharing login details or using shared devices in public areas. 5. Prescriptions • Only licensed doctors or pharmacists will issue prescriptions, when appropriate. • Patients must not alter prescriptions or use them for drugs not specified. 6. Service Limitations • U-Health may not offer consultations for every condition, and referrals may be made to physical clinics or specialists. • Service hours and volunteer availability may vary. 7. Conduct • Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards healthcare providers is not tolerated. • Such behavior may lead to account suspension or legal reporting. 8. Cancellation • All cancellations are to be made at least 3 hours before the appointment. • Cancellations less than 3 hours before the appointment attract a 10% fine. • Premium subscribers are exempt from cancellation fees.
